One of the most popular and well used trails in the network, this trail almost always features when linking a loop together.
This is a dual use and dual direction trail that requires utmost respect for other trail users.
This intermediate trail is great riding in either direction but is most commonly used as a gentle uphill starting from the southern end off Pawsons Road (gravel).
The easy rolling single track follows beside Dog Stream and meets Jolliffe Road (Forestry Road) about 700 metres up. Jolliffe Road is commonly used to access Red Rock and Timberland trails.
Continuing straight on, the trail widens and keeps climbing and then meets a junction at the Larches picnic area bridge. Cross the bridge if you want to access Mach 1 (intermediate), or Detox and Bigfoot trails (advanced).
Continue up the trail on what becomes Jolliffe Saddle trail if you want a steep, hard, technical climb.
